Terra Madre Salone del Gusto 2026 — Centro storico, final day Sun 27 Sep, 10:00–18:00. The 16th edition ends today, marking 40 years of Slow Food. The producer market runs from Piazza Carlo Felice through Via Roma, Piazza San Carlo, and Piazza Castello, all the way to Piazza Vittorio Veneto. Over 1,500 delegates from around the world. Taste Workshops, Presìdi Slow Food, Enoteca. Free entry.
Giornate Europee del Patrimonio — Various venues, final day Sun 27 Sep. European Heritage Days. Saturday evening entry at €1 at Palazzo Carignano, Villa della Regina, and Castello di Moncalieri. Guided visits at the Roman archaeological site of Industria in Monteu da Po are free. Theme: protect heritage, renew, resist, reinvent.
Play with Food 2026 — Various venues, through Sun 4 Oct. Food meets theatre. Thirty-plus events across the city: dinner shows, secret suppers, and stories told at the table. Some events require booking.
La Guerra del Mondo — Campus Luigi Einaudi, OFF TOPIC, MUFANT, Mon 28 Sep–Fri 3 Oct. A new festival that reads contemporary conflict through science fiction. Film, theatre, visual arts, and philosophy. Opens Monday at 10:00 with a MUFANT exhibition tracing over a century of war in the sci-fi imagination, from H. G. Wells to Dune. Free entry.
A bit of [hi]story 2026 — Palazzo della Città Metropolitana and Docks Dora, Tue 30 Sep–Sat 4 Oct. The digital culture festival returns with the theme "Equilibri Digitali": tech, energy consumption, and the real cost of computing. Fifty events, fifty-five speakers, five days. Conferences, workshops, and labs. Free entry.
Teatrum Botanicum 2026 — Fermenti — PAV Parco Arte Vivente, Fri 2–Sat 3 Oct. Performance, ecology, and conviviality in the park. Workshops on fermentation, sound performances, family labs, and a DJ set to close. Free entry.

Looking ahead
